The Administration Division of the Sheriff's Office includes the Sheriff, Chief Deputy, Administrative Assistant (which also functions as the fiscal and payroll services), a Personnel Clerk, a Records Clerk, a Civil Clerk, and a Director of Management Information Systems.

Our Administration Division performs the many tasks that keep our daily routines functioning.  Reports, paperwork, and schedules are large responsibilities for this division.  Payroll must be handled every two weeks, accounts must be balanced and monies tracked.  Personnel and Records Clerks keep the paperwork of each of their respective sections moving smoothly.  The Civil Clerk keeps up with the court-related paperwork and helps maintain the Civil Division's busy schedule. The computer network, servers and workstations must be maintained and monitored for proper operation.
