Possession of Less than 20 Grams, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of 
Cocaine.

On February 27, 2007, Tavaris D. Huggins, 6/28/84, was arrested on charges of 
FTA/Possession of Cocaine, FTA/ No Drivers License, FTA/Possession of Cannabis 
of Less than 20 Grams, FTA/Possession of Controlled Substance and FTA/Resist with 
Violence.

On February 27, 2007, Richard D. Nico, 6/22/77, was arrested on the charge of DUI.

On February 26, 2007, David B. Mann, 6/26/84, was arrested ib an Alachua County 
Warrant with the charge of Violation of Probation.

On March 3, 2007, Scott D. Osteen, 12/22/75, was arrested on charges of DUI (3rd Offense) 
and DWLSR.
