On December 21, 2005, Santiago Deleon, 9/26/84, was arrested on charges 
of No Valid Drivers License and 2 counts of Forgery.

On December 21, 2005, Walter Clark, 5/30/74, was arrested on the charge 
of Possession of Cannabis Less than 20 Grams.
